Gerbers Law, S.C. was established in 1993 by Attorney Terry J. Gerbers. Our attorneys practice primarily in the areas of commercial and business law, real estate, civil litigation, banking law, probate, and estate and business succession planning. Our goal is to serve the community and local businesses by providing comprehensive and effective legal counsel. To that end, we take the time to understand each client's individual needs and goals, and we work closely with our clients to find practical solutions specifically tailored to their own unique circumstances. We serve as corporate counsel to many local businesses, providing assistance and counseling in all of their legal affairs. Our office assists individuals and development companies in their efforts to develop residential and commercial real estate, and we have negotiated and closed numerous real estate transactions, including several multi-million dollar projects. As experienced trial attorneys, we also litigate complex commercial disputes on behalf of our individual and corporate clients in both state and federal court, and we have extensive appellate experience. We also provide estate and business succession planning. As a firm, we are committed to our community and our profession. We share our time and talent with others in the community, and our attorneys are actively involved in several charitable and service organizations.
