Michael Germain, understands that insurance companies do not always keep people’s best interests in mind and is dedicated to helping his clients recover the compensation they deserve. Michael’s passion for helping others lead him to pursue his law degree from Stetson University’s College of Law, where he excelled above his peers and graduated with honors. With over a decade of experience litigating insurance claims and complex commercial matters, Michael is familiar with the Florida legal system and knows how to build a strong case against an insurance company. He was recognized for his outstanding work by Florida SuperLawyers as a “SuperLawyer” in the field of insurance coverage litigation in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Michael stays up to the date in the legal community by actively participating in the Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association and Ferguson-White Inn of Court. Through Michael’s extensive experience in insurance litigation, he is able to provide his clients with the best possible legal options available to their unique claims. He founded Germain Law Group on a foundation of on honesty, open-communication, and trust with all clients, regardless of the severity of their claim.
