Working with artisan maltsters on the cutting edge of craft, Ghostfish is one of the first breweries in the world to brew with a full-spectrum of malted gluten-free grains – proving that barley no longer holds a monopoly on the brewing world. In a relatively short period of brewing, Ghostfish has become one of the most acclaimed gluten-free breweries in the world, with five Great American Brewing Festival (GABF®) medals and numerous additional awards and accolades both in and out of the gluten-free category. In addition to packaging an ever-growing line of award-winning brews, Ghostfish also offers a full gastropub experience at our flagship production brewery and taproom located in Seattle’s historic SoDo neighborhood with a 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Our taproom welcomes families of all ages in addition to well-behaved dogs, and features an array of Ghostfish brews, locally-crafted beverages, and a semi-private event space overlooking the production facility.
