In 2015, Ghostfish Brewing Company set out with a bold mission: to show the world that a 100% gluten-free brewery can lead the industry in flavor, quality, and innovation. Working with artisan maltsters on the cutting edge of craft, Ghostfish is one of the first breweries in the world to brew with a full-spectrum of malted gluten-free grains – proving that barley no longer holds a monopoly on the brewing world.

In a relatively short period of brewing, Ghostfish has become one of the most acclaimed gluten-free breweries in the world, with five Great American Brewing Festival (GABF®) medals and numerous additional awards and accolades both in and out of the gluten-free category.

In addition to packaging an ever-growing line of award-winning brews, Ghostfish also offers a full gastropub experience at our flagship production brewery and taproom located in Seattle’s historic SoDo neighborhood with a 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Our taproom welcomes families of all ages in addition to well-behaved dogs, and features an array of Ghostfish brews, locally-crafted beverages, and a semi-private event space overlooking the production facility.

The entire Ghostfish team is dedicated to the ideal of making beer and food for everyone to enjoy, whether or not they have a gluten intolerance.
