The company was founded in 2011 with the goal of bringing reliable, affordable broadband to rural areas. We've since expanded our service to include non-rural areas offering gigabit capable fiber to the home, and gigabit fixed wireless access.  

We now have over 2500 tower sites in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Illinois and Wisconsin covering over 60,000 square miles. We also currently serve fiber-to-the-home customers in 3 States and rapidly expanding.  GigFire is proudly one of largest hybrid Fiber/FWA networks in the US.
