Gilchrist Services is an outgrowth of the success of Gilchrist Hospice Care, which has been providing the finest care through the end of life since 1994, and the identified need to broaden services for a wider population of mostly older adults – those who suffer from chronic and serious illnesses and need extra care coordination and support but may not yet be ready for or eligible for hospice. Gilchrist Services now offers a continuum of services designed to provide education, guidance and care for patients earlier in their disease trajectory and through the end of life.
