Gippsland PHN is a not-for-profit health network that forms part of Australia's national system of Primary Health Networks, with a regional focus on improving health care delivery. Based in Traralgon, Victoria, it was established in 2015 to coordinate and strengthen primary health services across Gippsland. The organization partners with communities, general practice, allied health, hospitals, and other primary and community health providers to integrate care and leverage funding to tailor services to local needs. Its catchment spans six local government areas—Bass Coast, Baw Baw, East Gippsland, Latrobe, South Gippsland, and Wellington—serving a regional population of about 271,000 (based on the 2016 census).
