We can achieve surface finish (surface roughness) to 1 micro inch (.025 micron) on tungsten carbide, ceramic and other hard materials including exotic and custom metals. If you have a part that is experiencing premature wear, the surface finish can be altered to reduce surface friction, control wear characteristics, remove inclusions, and remove contaminants.
