When founding Gleeson, our directors wanted to create something different. They wanted to create an environment built on trust, authenticity and integrity. A place where people were at the centre, and everyone could be themselves. In place of a formulaic, heavily target-driven environment, they focused on creating a nurturing, collaborative culture. One that prioritised people over profit, and close relationships over KPIs.  

Since launching in 2011, we have grown from a team of 15 to one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the UK. With 10 specialist service areas, two sister brands, and offices in the West Midlands, London, Thames Valley and the East Midlands, we pride ourselves on being able to support all types of recruitment projects, including permanent placements, temporary and interim roles, executive search and more.
