GLA was formed in August 1989 specifically to assist developers and public agencies in the arid Southwest in the processing of "wetland" permits.  

GLA currently has a staff of 24.  The average length of service of our staff is 11.1 years; this average length of time with the company has helped us to create an exceptionally well-trained and experienced staff.

We assist clients through the maze of regulations associated with federal and state permits including:
