In additional to a complete line up of liquid conformal coatings (acrylic, epoxy, urethane), plus 5 types of parylene: C, N, D, VT4 and AF4, GAT offers fluoropolymer coating chemistry.

To find what works best, we offer an Engineering Run, or E-run, whereby you select a trial based upon a selection of options presented by our coating specialists.  

The value of an E-run is important in many ways. You have the advantage of trying various coatings prior to making a final selection. If your parts have a particular spec, an E-run can help in determining proper film thickness or achieving good adhesion. Some coatings are costlier than others. Turnaround time for an E-run trial takes 2-3 business days on certain parts and equipment availability.
