Global Blood Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving transfusion safety and access across the world. 

Founded by Our Blood Institute in 2008, we have partnered with other charitable organizations and international blood centers in more than 50 countries, providing grants, training and lifesaving equipment. In that time, we have delivered 50,000 blood bags, 2,000 portable donor beds and more than a dozen bloodmobiles to countries and organizations in severe need. We have donated centrifuges and computer equipment, trained blood bankers and donor recruitment services, fed Ukrainian blood center workers and even opened a blood bank in northern Laos.
