The Global Down Syndrome Foundation is a Denver-based public nonprofit (501(c)(3)) focused on improving the lives of people with Down syndrome through research, medical care, education, and advocacy. It supports two core initiatives: the Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome, the first U.S. academic home dedicated to research and medical care for the condition, and the Anna and John J.
