Global Hospitalist Solutions offers an innovative approach to temporary physician staffing. Unlike typical locum tenens firms, GHS delivers accountability, reliability and consistency. Healthcare facilities don’t have to worry or wonder whether or not they will have the coverage they need. We partner with our clients by credentialing up to six of our physicians who can provide full program coverage.

• We are an independent group of Internal Medicine trained Hospitalists. 
• We specialize in long-term/ongoing staffing for new and existing Hospitalist programs. 
• Our clients experience one-on-one attention as we collaborate to create a custom float pool of physicians foe each facility.
• We provide patient-centered, efficient coverage for days, nights and weekends. 
• Our physicians work 7 to 10 shifts at a time in order to provide more stability for patients and core medical staff.
• Our Hospitalists are recruited by word of mouth – they have all either worked together, trained together, or have been recommended by trusted colleagues.
