Gloucester City Homes is an independent Housing Association with deep roots in the City of Gloucester, going back over 100 years. As a social business, we're committed to investing locally, creating jobs and opportunities and working with partners and community organisations to support people in the greatest need, including those in need of a home and those who find themselves homeless.

All GCH homes meet the Government’s decent homes standard and we have a 30 year financial business plan to deliver around £250 million investment in our existing and new homes.
