In 2019, GNR expanded into Baltimore, where it now manages over 600 units and continues to grow in both residential and industrial holdings.

Today, GNR is recognized as one of the Top-20 SFR operators in the United States and the largest SFR landlord in Philadelphia, PA, while actively scaling its multifamily and industrial portfolio.
