Go2 was founded in 2016 in response to an exciting/terrifying realization - An AI-driven future was inevitable, coming fast and ready to disrupt almost everything within an organization's operations. What scared the hell out of us - no one seemed to be preparing to help everyone transition, together. Recognizing this, we rolled up our sleeves. With no experience in outsourcing (it's exploitative and sucks), we started recruiting global workers, placing them, and supporting better outcomes. We used what we learned to build and iterate on what has become more than just a platform— Go2 is an ecosystem ready to support everyone through what’s on the 'uncomfortable' horizon. Unlike tech companies plugging the latest models into a generic platform, we were designed for this moment, with people at our core, built on trust and data. Our system, affectionately named AIAIAI (pronounced aye-aye-aye) stands for Activity-Infused AI for Actual Insights. It collects and processes complex activity data and qualitative reports, provides insights to up-skill individuals, improve efficiency and enable data-driven decisions. We make the unstructured, structured, and complicated, approachable. As we look to the future, we’re ready to face job displacement head-on. The epicenter of this transformation starts in places like the contact center sector. In 5 years, we anticipate over 50% of these existing jobs will be gone. We built Go2 to support this seismic shift in the most people-centric way possible. We create meaningful jobs and enhance efficiency for companies.
