To better control the entire product lifecycle, we vertically integrated different aspects of our business, from engineering and manufacturing to logistics, warehousing, and end-user customer experience. As our capabilities and reputation spread, we started DGSH Sourcing, a business that allows other companies to access our product development and delivery infrastructure.
