Gold Star Distributor offers luxury and high-end appliances and lighting to both residential and commercial customers. We specialize in high-end, built-in appliances, and beautiful designer lighting options. We also offer non-built in options, home delivery and installation, and in-home consultation before placing your order. 

Gold Star Distributors started in the fifties out of the back of an old pickup truck. Our founder, Mr. Gene, never wavered, always pushing to sell and make new relationships with customers. As his business grew it moved to a garage in the DFW area, and the rest is history. Mr. Gene bought a store off of Ladybird Lane & Denton drive that served as the first brick and mortar for Gold Star. From there the store moved to 520 N Central Expressway, and to this very day reports every morning to make sure the business is running just as smooth and steady as it was the day he started. He is backed by his son Todd who is the backbone and strength of the company, and the two together have been able to keep the business going through everything that could possibly be thrown at it. 

We as a company are so lucky to say that we have customers that have been with us since they bought their first appliance out of the back of Mr. Gene’s truck, and have new customers visiting every day. We are also so lucky to have sales associates that have been with us for nearly twenty years. Here, at Gold Star, we are a family, and when you buy from us you become part of it. It’s been a wonderful journey, and we cannot wait to see where it takes us.
