For over 40 years Goldberg & Goldberg has concentrated its practice in the area of medical malpractice with a special interest in litigation concerning catastrophically brain-injured children and obstetrical malpractice.

In the last year alone the firm has achieved verdicts of $12 million in an obstetrical malpractice case, $16 million in a case involving the over radiation of a cancer survivor and over $7 million in a misdiagnosed post-surgical bleed case resulting in the wrongful death of a 60 year old father of three. Additionally, the firm has achieved settlements in the past two years in excess of $50 million for their clients, including $18 million for a brain injured child, and two $9 million settlements for brain injured children.
