GoLocker is building a public network of common-carrier, brand agnostic package lockers to enable last-mile delivery for all e-commerce. 

Brands utilize our network to create a physical touchpoint and localized presence where storefronts do not exist. At GoLocker, we ensure an on-brand experience while providing safety, convenience, and sustainability. The GoLocker solution helps mitigate common last-mile delivery friction for retailers such as replacement of lost and/or stolen items while consumers gain a safe and reliable package pick up option on their own schedule.

GoLocker locations consist of dedicated storefronts as well as secure locker kiosks in partner retail stores all throughout New York City. Our retail partners range from convenience stores & coworking spaces to laundromats & bodegas most of which are open 24hrs for flexibility of access. 

Using highly secure logistics technology, consumers and retailers route their packages through GoLocker's network to their nearest GoLocker location. GoLocker handles all delivery and shipment from our warehouse to our kiosk locations and ensures packages are waiting for the customer to pick up at their convenience. Customers receive real-time information regarding their package via email & SMS. Once at the desired kiosk location, with secure relayed pin codes, a locker compartment can be accessed, and our customers can grab their package(s) within seconds. We partner with most current mail carriers: USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc. 

GoLocker is the only service in New York that allows customers to pick up their packages from a locker kiosk in a convenient neighborhood location and time of their choosing. GoLocker is now live in our newest market of Los Angeles.
