We offer calorie-controlled and nutritionally-balanced prepared meal plans to help you reach your personal health goals. And the best part is, 100% of our net proceeds go directly to our parent nonprofit Open Hand Atlanta to support neighbors in need across 19 Metro Atlanta counties.

Starting with proper nutrition and the development of healthy habits, we seek to complete the circle between diet and well-being, both for individuals and for our community of neighbors in need.
