Our structured, dietitian-designed meal plans come in two calorie levels – 1200 calories and 2000 calories. Customers can choose from three menu styles: Signature, No Seafood, and Vegetarian. For those preferring more flexibility, our Choose Your Own Meals option lets you mix and match favorites from our weekly rotating menus in light or full portions. Our meals are prepared fresh, never frozen or freeze dried, and free from harmful ingredients like hydrogenated fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors and flavors, MSG, and unnecessary preservatives. We’ve avoided these ingredients for over 40 years! Each dish includes a complete ingredient list and nutrition facts, so you always know exactly what you’re putting in your body. Founded in 1985 by Seattle Sutton, RN, BSN, her mission was to help address patients’ needs to lose weight and manage other health issues such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. That same dedication to health continues to guide our vision today. We analyze menus on an ongoing basis and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, & American Dietary Guidelines.
