Good Shepherd Mediation Program operates as Philadelphia's sole nonprofit community mediation center. It uses mediation and related conflict-resolution approaches to help disputants find nonviolent, lasting solutions to interpersonal conflicts. A small staff works with a broader network of trained volunteers to address disputes among youth offenders and victims, families, neighbors, employers and employees, and tenants and landlords.
