Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit that works to improve the quality of life and employment opportunities for all people.  Our Mission Services Department offers a wide variety of programs and services that help local individuals build the life and employment skills they need to succeed. Goodwill operates Thrift Stores to supplement funding for these programs.

We offer a Wellness Program with annual health fair/screening, healthy-focused agency-wide campaigns and direct access to a health coach. Our Emerging Leader Program pairs up-and-coming leaders within Goodwill with mentors for a one-year program.
