GPA specializes in obtaining environmental approvals for our clients. We provide a range of services to help our clients comply with federal and state environmental laws, and to successfully achieve project approval and implementation. GPA’s expertise includes managing the environmental process and completing CEQA and NEPA documentation, technical analysis, peer-reviewing environmental documents, regulatory permitting, agency coordination, and construction and mitigation monitoring. GPA has received CEQA/NEPA documentation and permitting approval for over 75 bridge, roadway/conventional highway, interchange, intersection, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities projects.
