Originally Grace was established as a development company, focused on alignment with developers, to provide seamless leadership through the course of a project. Logically, it made sense to establish a construction division to manage the greatest risk in a project.  Soon thereafter, we realized the need for oversight of the procurement of FF&E, OS&E, and other key components that turns a project from a structure into its finished purpose.  

At Grace, It is our goal to provide a seamless delivery of a project. We focus on connecting with people to build relationships and ultimately establish trust among all members of a project team. It is this approach that allows Grace to become the ultimate project leader and own the process from start to finish.
