Established in 1979, GRACO Real Estate Development, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate company.  Primarily a developer of new commercial projects, GRACO is also active in contract leasing, management and brokerage.

GRACO's development philosophy is simple:  "Make it as simple as possible for a tenant to start doing business in a new location."  In-house professionals work in the area of site selection, zoning, platting, site-planning, construction and financing.  Therefore, GRACO can take a project from conception to completion.  GRACO has developed facilities for:   United Supermarkets, Wal-Mart Stores, Home Depot, Cinemark Theatres, Barnes & Noble, OfficeMax, PetsMart, Ross Stores, Pier 1 Imports, Kinko's, Talbots, Just for Feet, The Athlete's Foot, Big 5 Sporting Goods, St. Mary's Hospital, Aetna, Hastings, Dollar Tree, World Market and Smith Barney and many more.  Projects for these users make up a large part of the $300,000,000 in commercial real estate GRACO has developed in Texas and Colorado.

All Graco properties are leased and managed by GRACO staff.  The property management team includes leasing, management, accounting, and maintenance professionals.   The Gap, The Limited, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Kinko's, Blockbuster, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, World Market and Morgan Stanley are just some of the businesses operating in over 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial space currently managed by GRACO.
