The staff at Grant Property Management spends all day, every day, dedicated to Association needs and requirements. Property management is our only business; we don't do anything else. Our property management team will investigate and recommend the best alternatives / courses of action for an Association’s specific situations. This includes great attention to your day-to-day details as well as strategic planning and imple­mentation for the near future and the long term. We anticipate issues before they become problems!

     As a result of the level of service and the attention to detail we provide to our clients, our firm has an excellent reputation in the industry as well as with the Boards and members of the Associations we manage. All of our clients have come to us…usually by referral. 

      Our business grows primarily based on the recommendation of pleased owners and Board Members. Most of our staff has been with GPM for between five and twenty years. Our personnel with less than five years of tenure have been hired to fill newly created positions in order to maintain our levels of service. We have a strict policy of promoting from within. This ensures that each person in the company has a proven track record and the experience to handle all issues to the satisfaction of our clients / residents / owners.
