Gratz Auctioneering was founded in 1949 by Robert Gratz. His son Bill and grandson Craig have followed in his footsteps. Craig’s son Logan is the 4th generation of auctioneers in the Gratz family. Gratz Auctioneers specializes in personal property, real estate, commercial and farm land and equipment, Federal Bankruptcy, IRS, estate auctions, court order liquidations and charity auctions. Gratz Auctioneering is the only auction service in the area that is fully computerized and has the capacity to conduct multi-parcel auctions. We accept major credit cards and have internet bidding available on request.

In 1978, Gratz Auctioneering became Gratz Real Estate and Auctioneering. We have 15 real estate agents at Gratz Real Estate, representing over 280 combined years of experience in single family, multi-family, commercial farm and land sales in Jefferson City, Missouri and the surrounding area. We have established excellent working relationships with area brokers, attorneys, land surveyors, title companies and other professionals.
