Great Falls Tribune is a regional newspaper that serves northcentral Montana. Founded in Sun River in 1885 as a weekly publication, it moved to Great Falls, Montana two years later, where it operated as a daily afternoon paper before adopting a morning schedule in 1890. As the oldest business in Great Falls, Montana, the Tribune has long anchored the local news landscape. In 2023 the Tribune invested in a mobile medical clinic with three exam rooms, radiology, and sterilization facilities. In 2021 it relocated printing operations to Helena. In 2020 it closed its offices and production facilities in Great Falls.
