Our Story: Nadine Fallon and Jamie Iacoi, founded Great Spaces Real Estate in September of 2014. Having lived and worked in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston for many years, Nadine and Jamie knew it was a “no-brainer” to establish their first office in the heart of Dorchester. Great Spaces Real Estate has become one of the top real estate agencies in Boston; top 5% in sales for both 2017 and 2018. In 2017, Great Spaces Real Estate earned the distinction of NUMBER ONE real estate agency for sales Dorchester, responsible for over $42,000,000 in sales transactions. Great Spaces Real Estate now has seven agents in Boston; all of whom live, work, and volunteer their time in Dorchester and Greater Boston. In October of 2018, Great Spaces Real Estate became Great Spaces ERA, affiliating with ERA Real Estate. The agency now has the support of a national brand and the atmosphere of a boutique agency. In 2019 Great Spaces ERA opened ERA’s first Distinctive Properties office in the Savin Hill neighborhood of Dorchester.
