Great Yarmouth Borough Council is the local district authority for the borough of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK. It has also been England’s offshore energy sector capital since 1965, with an outer harbour, enterprise zone, skilled workforce, sizeable supply chain, and prospects of sharing in significant future investment in offshore windfarms and gas platform decommissioning.
