The Greater Scranton YMCA is a cause-driven non-profit organization that focuses on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Greater Scranton YMCA offers something for everyone in our community. For generations, our YMCA has taught children, adults and families how to be safe in and around the water through lifesaving swim lessons. We are proud to provide older adults in our community with numerous opportunities for social interaction and exercise. From summer day camp to chronic disease prevention and from youth sports and enrichment programs to early childhood education and programs designed to combat the achievement gap, the Greater Scranton YMCA makes a profound impact on the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
