Green Pine Home Health Care Services provides healthcare essential to the improvement of patients' physical, social, and mental conditions in the comfort of the patients' homes and in accordance with a physician's order.  We serve most of the LA county and are a Medicare Certified and Joint Commission Accredited company. 

Our staff is diverse and speak multiple languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese and Spanish.  Services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Worker.  We provides care on a fee-for-service basis and accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, and most PPO and HMO plans.  Payment arrangements are discussed before the first visit is made.
