Services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Worker. We provides care on a fee-for-service basis and accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, and most PPO and HMO plans. Payment arrangements are discussed before the first visit is made.
