Green Retreats is a UK-based construction company specializing in prefabricated garden rooms designed for use as home offices, gyms, studios, and other living or working spaces. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Westcott, England, the firm emphasizes environmentally conscious production, manufacturing its garden rooms in the UK with sustainable materials and operating as a carbon-neutral business. The products offer a rapid, low-disruption alternative to traditional extensions, with installations typically completed in 2–5 days and most projects requiring little or no planning permission. The company serves a broad client base that includes public institutions, charitable organizations, schools, nurseries, hospices, and private homeowners, and has installed more than 13,000 buildings nationwide. While its primary focus is garden rooms, Green Retreats has also deployed buildings as retail units in shopping centres and as additional office space at company sites.
