Greenbrier Academy for Girls is a therapeutic boarding school operating in Pence Springs, West Virginia. Its program combines immersive experiences, therapy, academics, and a supportive peer community to address deep-seated beliefs and foster a healthy identity, presenting the school itself as the core therapeutic process rather than a standalone treatment plus separate education. The institution targets families seeking a comprehensive, immersive approach to adolescent-recovery or personal development for girls, addressing patterns that may persist after other therapies or residential programs. Within the primary and secondary education sector, Greenbrier positions itself as a specialized program that integrates living arrangements, signature experiences, and cultural interactions to support meaningful change. The school is based in the United States and employs a staff appropriate to delivering its integrated model, with activity centered on creating a cohesive therapeutic environment rather than traditional schooling alone.
