GV has led or assisted in the acquisition of over 48,000 acres of land rights, and the preservation and restoration of over 50 miles of stream channels. Our work has prevented millions of pounds of sediment and associated nutrients from reaching sensitive aquatic systems from the Barnegat Bay to the Chesapeake Bay, resulting in significant water quality, habitat quality, and quality of life improvements.
