Our Approach: • Unlike most Professional Search Services, we take a very thorough, detailed and targeted approach. We start each assignment from scratch and do not promote or recycle candidates from our database. We identify, recruit and acquire the top-performing, currently employed professionals in the marketplace. • To begin the assignment, we speak with the decision makers to determine exactly what the position specifications are. This is referred to as the Assignment Profile. We ask a series of questions to determine the skills, experience, personality and cultural fit needed for the candidate. • As part of the submittal process, we include a Career Summary which is an “Executive Overview” that details the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the Assignment Profile. Our Results We have an unparalleled 100% client retention rate and a 98.7% candidate success rate. Nearly all of our clients use our services exclusively after our first assignment. Our Service Agreement Terms Fees are payable contingent upon hiring the candidates that we present. Retained agreements are used for high level/complex assignments. How We Give Back We give back in several ways to share in our success and to support many causes. We donate $500 for every placement that we make to local and national charities.
