Welcome to Grobecker Holland International. I want to take a moment to introduce the culture that we cultivate here. Real estate can be a very cut-throat business, but I believe that there’s a better way of treating each other and our clients. As the managing broker, my goal is to answer any of my agents’ and clients’ concerns within one hour. I really enjoy lending a hand in marketing and escrow concerns. When my agents do well, we all do well. I also believe in sharing best practices and being time-efficient. Almost all of our company information is shared via email or online. When I started this company a couple years ago, it was my goal to be as efficient as possible. For me, this means commuting as little as possible to an office so that I can spend more time with my family, fellow agents and clients. Another benefit of running a virtual office is that I’m able to keep overhead low. This cost savings is then passed on to my agents. I believe that technology is changing our industry.
