Grounds Control was first established in 1974 under the name of Terrain Systems, Inc. Over the next 40 years, the company went through a few ownership and name changes. In 2016, Todd Huston, an employee if the company for 27 years, was offered the opportunity to purchase the company and he jumped on the chance. With his purchase came an incredible staff with more than 200 years of experience of construction management experience.
