Group ICM is an industrial work exchange that connects owners and EPCs with a curated network of qualified execution companies across structural steel, millwright, piping, fabrication, electrical, and specialty scopes.

We are not a contractor and we do not take project risk. Our role is to ensure that the right scopes reach the right companies — and that owners and EPCs receive high-quality, competitive bids from contractors that are properly insured, bonded where required, financially capable, and proven in their discipline.

Instead of sending RFQs to dozens of vendors, clients use Group ICM as a single gateway to a pre-qualified execution marketplace. Scopes are broken into discipline-specific packages and routed only to contractors that are a true fit. Contractors bid directly to the owner or EPC, who selects, contracts, and pays their chosen partner.
