Grow Cedar Valley initiatives deliver business expansion and site selection services, convention and tourism and event services, Downtown and Business District redevelopment and promotion, and Chamber of Commerce services and events.  TechWorks Campus, a private non-profit and subsidiary to the Alliance & Chamber, is home to the Iowa Advanced Manufacturing Network.
