Grund Technical Solutions (GTS) was established in 2008 and is considered a leading supplier of ESD Testing and Simulation equipment. The GTS Management Team has over 50 years experience in the field of design, development and manufacturing of ESD testing solutions. 

GTS manufactures a series of modular standard products (PurePulse) and develops and manufactures customer-specific ESD test equipment for HBM (Human body model), MM (Machine model), TLP (Transmission line pulsing), VFTLP (Very Fast transmission line pulsing), HMM (Human metal model) and CDM (Charged device model).  GTS is located in Silicon Valley with the head office in Milpitas, CA.

Senior staff are active, contributing members of the respective ESD Standards bodies and working groups, and are well informed of current needs, trends and opinions in ESD testing.

PurePulse is a modular standard product that provides ESD testing covering all primary ESD methods, including HBM device compliance and characterization and TLP/ VF-TLP device characterization. Industry standard pulse waveforms for HBM, MM, TLP and HMM are conveniently applied to packaged devices, bare die and wafers without the need to change the DUT (device under test) interface.  

PurePulse may be configured, without compromise, for manual testing or for fully-automated high speed testing, depending on requirement and budget.

Scorpion from GTS opens a new generation of CDM testers.  Scorpion meets the new JS-002 standard and features Contact First pulse delivery. This patent pending technique of Contact CDM (CCDM) meets the latest CDM standards with higher accuracy for device classification. It is the easiest CDM tester for device setup and use. Older standard JEDEC and ESDA test heads are also available.
