Site Selection: Our planners can help you find the perfect location for any meeting. They have access to thousands of prime meeting locations worldwide and will offer a comparison of properties.  

Attendee Registration: Groups can register online with our proprietary web registration system where they can complete the registration process simply and easily. Dinner. 

On-Site Management: Our on-site program directors take care of the little, albeit important, details (air conditioning, lights, refreshments, etc.), letting you focus all your attention on your meeting. 

Reporting & Analysis: Rooming lists, arrival/departure reports and cost-savings analyses are all available to help you save money and solve attendance problems before they happen. After the meeting, we stay by your side, delivering money-saving analyses and follow-up assessments.
