Established in 1981, Guaranty Fund Management Services, Inc. (GFMS) is a Boston-based, Delaware nonprofit corporation organized to providing management and insurance claims services to eight property and casualty insurance guaranty associations established by law and serving the six New England states, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
