Guards Polo Club is a polo-focused spectator sports organization based in Ascot, England. It originated in 1955 with HRH Prince Philip serving as its first President, a role he held for 66 years until his death in 2021. The club was initially the Household Brigade Polo Club, adopted its current name in 1969, and became fully civilian in 2000; it is overseen by a Board of Directors and is described as the largest polo club in Europe by membership and number of grounds. The season runs from April to mid-September, with more than 750 matches staged each year. It hosts a range of premier tournaments across different goal ratings and, in 2025, announced plans to host Indian Polo Day on 23 April 2025.
