Guestable is a global hospitality company that focuses on providing guests with incredible experiences with furnished rentals all over the world. We service guests and work with owners to ensure a perfect experience. Our goal is to change the way travelers experience staying at a furnished rental. Our focus is on short term and medium term rentals. With respect to short term rentals, we are currently living through a global shift in the hospitality sector towards unique homestyle accommodations that allow travelers to live as the locals do. With remote work increasing travelers are often staying longer than they have been historically and value different types of amenities than they did historically.

The rise in remote work and relocations is also causing unprecedented demand for mid-term rentals. People are choosing to split time between different locations, often renting their home out during their departure and renting a furnished rental for a season or two. Companies are also downsizing their office spaces and choosing to relocate to different locations, often housing employees in a furnished rental during the transition process.

Guestable’s service offering for real estate owners ranges from full service property management to marketing and guest services.
