Gupta & Wiora, P.C., based in Addison, Texas, is dedicated to the practice of immigration/consular law. Our firm consists of four in-house attorneys, one attorney of counsel, one techical writer, and invaluable administrative staff.

In the nonimmigrant area we handle matters such as B-1/B-2, TN, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-1/E-2/E-3, and O-1 visa petitions. 

In the family-based area we handle matters such as alien relative petitions, marriage-based petitions and fiancé (e) visas. Additionally, our highly experienced family and estate/probate attorney expands the depth of our firm to our clientele who are often presented challenges in these complementary legal arenas.
